She was instrumental in helping to develop a school curriculum and an
internship program that provided professional networking and job
opportunities for soon-to-be massage graduates.

• Blissful Body Collection honors the wisdom of nature, and all operations here defer to the current season (NOT “promotional” seasons, as is the case with most businesses, but actual seasons of nature), that is Spring, Summer, and Fall/Winter.

• This intentionality towards expanding wellness, within a context of education and fun, is of course for the benefit of our clients & customers, but also our staff members and colleagues as well.

• You will notice that we cater our entire approach, from marketing, to inventory updates of our boutique items & spa products, even the process of hiring staff, making website updates, and even our logo & color schemes, all according to the seasons of nature.

• We believe in the innate wisdom of the body system, and its ability and desire to return to a state of homeostasis.

• Everything we offer, from wellness services to personal care products to boutique items, is based on timeless holistic wisdom, contain only natural ingredients, and are completely handmade.

• We have a “recycle – refill”, discount policy. That is, if you return an empty container from a previous purchase of oil, mist or bath salt, we will give a discount on the purchase of a replacement product.

• As  a client, you will not have to dodge hair or nail stations to get to your treatment room. We the staff, do not want to work in an environment with irritating air pollutants like hair perming solutions and nail polish removers, and we want to provide you with an environment that is warm, casual and nurturing, to enhance your experience here.

• We operate in ‘real’ time ! - It is common for spas to manage their treatment schedule based on a “clinical hour”, which is only fifty minutes. All of our services here at Blissful Body Spa adhere to ‘real’ time, as indicated in their descriptions.

• We also have a reputation for providing a caliber of attentive service that is most desirable among other allied health professionals, like medical field practitioners, therapists of all kinds, caretakers of all levels, etc.

We are a home-based operation, and as such, we provide an environment that is intimate, casual, safe and fun.

This may mean, as a business, Blissful Body Collection makes less money, however, it also means that our staff are joyful in their work, and feel like their job here is a nourishing presence in their lives.

Amy’s skills have been used in some interesting and diverse ways, from training a competitive athlete, to creating custom spa treatments, custom products for private labeling, body/mind/spirit fitness programs, up-starting and expanding businesses, unique coaching services for individuals, couples & groups, and designing original courses for other professionals and laypeople. 

Amy calls upon her unique combination background of professional expertise, clinical application, academic accomplishment, transformational studies & personal experiences, to result in a holistic and gentle approach that is at once, seamlessly creative, therapeutically powerful and spiritually expansive.
